manish sisodia: Delhi liquor ‘scam’: Manish Sisodia’s judicial custody extended till December 11 – The Economic Times Video
The Rouse Avenue Court has extended the judicial custody of Manish Sisodia and others till December 11, 2023 in the Delhi excise policy case. The Court noted that ED will file several documents against the accused in the Delhi liquor ‘scam’. The court also asked the lawyers to complete 207 CrPC compliance as soon as possible so that the trial can begin. The Delhi court issued a notice to the ED and fixed a hearing on November 24 to consider Benoy Babu’s interim bail plea. Benoy Babu worked as a general manager in a liquor company and was arrested by ED in Nov 2022 in Delhi excise policy case.
