Royal fans have been treated to a brand new glimpse of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s son, Archie Mountbatten Windsor.

The three-year-old toddler, who is rarely pictured publicly, made a brief appearance as he sat on his mother’s lap during a video call between the Duchess of Sussex, Doria Ragland and the CEO of a consulting firm.

During the call, Meghan and Dora spoke with Jokata Eaddy, the CEO of social impact consulting firm, Full Circle Strategies, according to The Sun.

A screenshot of the web call was shared by Professor Duchess Harris on Twitter, a photo which has since been deleted from her page.

Fans were shocked at how different the toddler looked in the new image. “Wow a different Archie again. This kid’s features change like the wind,” one Twitter user joked.

Archie has been rarely seen in photos since his birth in May 2019. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have been careful not to share too many photos of their children, including one-year-old Lilibet.

One of the last photos of Archie shared directly by the former senior royals was in the couple’s 2021 Christmas card.

The photo surfaced online the same day Prince William and Kate, the Prince and Princess of Wales, are due to land in the US for their upcoming royal tour.

The couple will spend three days in Boston to attend the second Earthshot Prize Awards.

Harry and Meghan are also set to spend time on the east coast of the US in the coming days.

The pair are scheduled to attend a ceremony in New York to accept the Ripple of Hope award, which they are being honoured with for their stance against “structural racism”.

Royal sources have previously insisted that William and Kate “won’t be distracted” by Meghan and Harry while on their own royal tour.

“Our number focus next week is the Earthshot Prize and we won’t be distracted by other things,” the source told The Telegraph UK.
