The $8 Kmart mum hack that is going viral: ‘this is genius’

Messy baby? Toddler struggling to hold their bottle or even a toy? Hands are full? Aussie mums have just found the ultimate Kmart hack to combat all these problems and more.

The solution? A silicone bottle holder from Kmart that retails for just $8.

The holder comes in both blue and pink, it is BPA free and while its original purpose is to assist babies and toddlers in holding their own bottles, savvy mums have already found an array of other uses.

Similarly, the holder has different-sized openings on either side for different sized bottles.

The bottle holder was first spotted a day ago in a TikTok posted by Jaylee Booshand. 

“How awesome is this bottle holder from Kmart?” the TikTok says.

In the video, Booshand’s baby is using the silicone bottle holder to feed herself a bottle. 

The TikTok has already received a quarter of a million views with mums praising the affordable Kmart hack.

“As a mum of twins this is genius and will be perfect for days out in the pram. Great find mum!” one viewer said.

“That is so handy! Thanks for sharing! My little one is going to feel so independent using this,” another mum gushed.

Over on Facebook, the affordable hack has quickly made its way through the various Kmart groups.

“This is genius. Needed it four kids ago,” one mum praised.

“We put toys in ours to make them easier to hold,” another savvy mum commented.
