Tracee Ellis Ross takes her fitness journey very seriously, and now she’s cluing in her fans on how she keeps up a fit physique all year long.
The 50-year-old actress took to social media this week to recap some of her best workout sessions over the past twelve months as 2022 draws to a close.
In the post uploaded to TikTok, the Black-ish star is seen getting her sweat on in a montage of clips from different days of workouts. The videos show an energetic Ross as she does various strengthening exercises and gets in some cardio time, too.
“A few of this year’s workouts,” she captioned the TikTok post published on Wednesday, Dec. 29. “I wasn’t f**kin around!”
And Ross surely wasn’t messing around, as many of her followers took to the comment section to commend her on her hard work and toned bod, including one user who wrote, “50 & fabulous.”
The TikTok account for Ulta Beauty also chimed in and hyped up Ross, writing, “Ok Tracee 👏👏 get it 💪”
“You make working out look so fun!” another one of her fans added.
Maybe her New Year’s resolution for 2023 will be to top this year’s recap video with an even better one next December, although this one will definitely be tough to beat!
