1984 Anti-Sikh Riots Case: Delhi court grants sanction for prosecution of Congress leader Jagdish Tytler in special court – The Economic Times Video
New Delhi, June 02 (ANI): In the latest update on the 1984 Pul Bangash case, Delhi Court has transferred the case involving Congress leader Jagdish Tytler to the special MP-MLA court, where his next hearing will be held on June 08. While talking to ANI, Lawyer Nagendra Benipal informed that the case has been transferred to MP-MLA court from the Delhi court after a supplementary chargesheet was presented in the court by CBI. Earlier in April, Congress leader Tytler appeared before the CBI and submitted his voice samples as he was accused of being involved in the anti-Sikh riots in 1984. His voice samples were sent to Central Forensic Science Laboratory (CFSL) for examination.
