LUCKNOW: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Sunday hit back at Akhilesh Yadav’s statement on Prime Minister Narendra Modi, saying the party will win again and the “hooliganism” of the Samajwadi Party will lose again. “BJP won 2014/2017/2019 and 2022 elections (Lok Sabha-Vidhan Sabha) and will win 2024 too. SP hooliganism will lose again. India will not tolerate Modi ji’s insult,” he said.
The Samajwadi Party leader on Saturday compared Prime Minister Modi to Hitler, without taking his name.
“Those who came (to power) in 2014 will be out (of power) in 2024. Sometimes, Hitler’s time was 10 years. He couldn’t stay there for more than 10 years. So now he too (probably pointed at Prime Minister Modi) has completed 10 years,” he said.
