Multiple sources told Radio-Canada that Gregory Woolley was the victim of the shooting that occurred on Boulevard du Séminaire in downtown Montreal.
Quebec Provincial Police have confirmed that the 51-year-old man has died.
Photos from the scene show police tape in the parking lot and an ambulance at the scene.
Woolley was a member of the Hells Angels and leader of the Syndicates, a street gang formed by the Hells Angels in the 1990s.
