'Outer Banks' Actor Finally Addresses Relationship With Kelsea Ballerini

Chase Stokes is finally spilling the tea on his relationship with Kelsea Ballerini!
The Outer Banks star, 30, and the country singer, 29, recently sparked dating rumors after Stokes shared a photo of the two snuggling up together during a football game.
The snap sent fans into a frenzy, but neither of them commented on the rumored relationship, until now. While speaking with People in a recent interview, the actor got candid about his relationship with Ballerini, insisting that the two “have just been spending some time together.”
“Kelsea is a lovely, lovely girl. She’s great. We’re having a good time,” he added.
Meanwhile, over on TikTok, Ballerini may have just confirmed that the two are more than friends “spending time together.” The “Miss Me More” crooner shared a video seemingly laying in bed with Stokes in a response to a fan who commented, “@hichasestokes come get your girl,” on a previous TikTok of the singers.

In the brief clip, Ballerini can be seen sitting in bed with the sun hitting her face as she sipped her coffee with golden under eye patches as part of a self-care routine. She then quickly panned the camera over to what appeared to be Stokes’ arm, suggesting she’s sharing a bed with the actor.

Stokes was previously in a relationship with his Outer Banks co-star, Madelyn Cline; the duo dated for more than a year before calling it quits in Nov. 2021.
When asked how he remains professional while playing on-screen love interests with Cline, Stokes told the outlet: “A long time ago, we agreed to always put the work first. So I think going into this next chapter, we just wanted to equally honor that promise. Truth be told, she’s an incredible actress. She’s a lovely human being. And I’m over the moon and just super proud of the work that we’ve done over the past three seasons. I’m always going to root for her.”
As for Ballerini, the singer recently divorced fellow country artist, Morgan Evans, near the end of last year after almost five years of marriage.
