Tech Mahindra Interview Experience (On-Campus) 2013

Tech Mahindra offers different packages on our campus. Tech Mahindra offers different package slabs for candidates such as:

• The candidate will be on probation for 3 months.
• Candidates clearing the regular selection process & interested to join the TechM CoE training program would become eligible for one of the below two categories:
  • Not eligible for Supercoder test / Eligible but not cleared Supercoder test
  • Eligible and cleared the Supercoder test
•  Candidates clearing the regular selection process & Not interested to join the TechM CoE training program.

ROUND 1:  APTITUDE TEST, ENGLISH ESSAY/STORY [90MIN]: Here this round is all about amcat exam type. so it’s not that hard so you have to good command of quant, aptitude, and English. There are different sections according to the quant, English, logical,dsa, etc.

ROUND 2: TECHNICAL & PSYCHOMETRIC TEST[90MIN]: There are two coding questions and some pseudocode and also the dsa concept. this level is not hard . moderate level. at last, there is a psychometric test which is very simple and easy. the platform is AMCAT/SHL.

ROUND 3: CONVERSATIONAL TEST [30MIN]: This test is all about the conversation test. there are seven sections. which is on AMCAT/ SHL platform. this is all about listening and answering tests.

ROUND 4: TECHNICAL INTERVIEW [15MIN]: In this round, they ask an introduction and some coding questions such as 

• Palindrome string, swap a three number without using third variables, prime number, factorial.
• Why you made projects based on Android??
• Your role in projects??
• Is growing of technology good for humans??
• Would you prefer hard work or smart work??
• Who is your inspiration??
• what made you choose the IT sector??

These are questions asked by the interviewer in TI.

ROUND 5: HR INTERVIEW[15MIN]: This round is all about yourself and some discussion. HR told you everything about the company.
